We had an excellent golf break; enjoyed both courses - Le Madonie was in superb condition. We would recommend them to anyone but advise use of a buggy as both courses are quite hilly which adds to their attraction. The trip was well organised and good value for money - G. and J. Henderson

Now safe and sound back in Bielefeld, Germany after Sicily Golf Excursion. WOW.... was that a trip! All clients had a great time. Both courses very good. Picciolo need to get rid of some trees, it is a bit tight to play and in some cases the design comes accross because of this as somewhat old fashioned, however the scenery, lovely air, wunderful turf and a welcoming clubhouse make it a very special resort.
Le madonie was a real cracker, absolutely fantastic. To tell the truth I wanted to stay. Thank you again, Bradley Kerr - Head Professional bielefelder golf club, Germany 

Etna was absolutely fantastic.. We had indeed a great vacation and are now a bit wiser in respect of what to do and how. If we had known, we would probably have reversed the Taormina and Madonie arrangement. Taormina and Villa Andrea were great, but for us perhaps a bit too "touristy". The outing to Etna was absolutely fantastic and Alfio was a great guide! That we were greeted by Etna, bursting with joy by our arrival was a very special experience and made the Etna trip even more spectacular! Seeing the consequences and developments following the historic eruptions, in contrast to a two day old event with volcanic ashes - inches thick - all over the mountain side was an experience granted only few, we believe. And followed by the luncheon expertly put together by Franco and tasting the very special wines there - we could not have asked for more. The golf events were good, but the Madonie course was unquestionably the superior. Our stay at the Madonie Golf Resort was very pleasant - the cottage was spacy and ideally placed at the highest plateau with an excellent view of the golf course and the Mediterranean's dark blue waters in the horizon! People were very kind and friendly, and although we were just about the only guests, we received excellent service. Again, thank you for arranging the trip for us, Lenneke! We had a great time in Italy, and everything went smoothly in Sicily. Thank you for that. The UNA hotel was nice. We were greeted by a terrific front dest associate who was generous with his time and made sure we got everything we needed. His name was something like amika. I wanted to thank the hotel manager for amica's effort but we never got around to it.
We used the gym at the property and we also used their steam room (they called it a turkish bath).
the only problem we had was finding the hotel on our way back at night.
The golf club was fine. The fairways were narrow and close to each other, which could have been a problem if the course was crowded, but it wasn't crowded at all. In fact, we had the place almost all to ourselves, and we liked that. We were lucky with the weather. No rain for 2 weeks.... I'm happy to recommend you to anyone i know who is interested in golfing or vacationing in sicily. Fred Snyder,

Delicous food and wine!

We had an excellent holiday to Sicily. All the documentation was really well organized. Lenneke was very helpful and efficient from enquiry through to my booking. The flight was good and we liked the airport in Sicily... my husband who is a racing driver approved of the fast Fiat - we even drove it around the Targa Florio!
We were the only people staying at our hotel but we didn't mind. The staff were very friendly and hospitable and the room was tasteful. The golf course was quite challenging but good and the views were beautiful. I would highly recommend playing here. I found the local restaurant recommendations really helpful especially as lots of places are shut in November so it is hard to know where to go. Thanks to you we indulged in lots of delicious food and wine. - Amelia Donaldson, UK

Highlight of the holiday: excursion up Mt Etna
We enjoyed our visit very much... All the staff at each of the hotels were great and very helpful The golf courses were very different and quite challenging and I enjoyed both of them - I think Le Madonie is the superior set up and when they complete all the building work for accommodation it will be an excellent venue for visiting parties The Hotel in Cefalu was very nice ... All in all a very good trip. PS The day excursion up Mt Etna was terrific and a highlight of the holiday - recommend all your quests take it. Michael & Maureen, UK

Challenging golf courses! We were just back from our long trip the evening before last. It was the twenty-three days leaving from home:...Sicily, Naples, Capri & Rome, and then four days in New York. Sicily was our main destination on this special trip, and we have been spending the wonderful days in Sicily. Eating buono Italian dishes everyday, now we are afraid to check our weight. And then, of course we enjoyed playing golf except lost 12 balls. Both courses are not easy. But if we have a chance, we want to play there again. Mahalo, Stephan and Kazuko, Honolulu, USA
